Just purchased, though initially having issues with it recognizing the water bottle is full (keeps saying its empty). May end up calling support here soon.

Worked out of the box. Hot water is hot. Cold water is cold. Set up is easy, although still trying to figure out how to hook up a 3 gallon bottle.
