So far a great product. My only complaint is that i wish it was easier to slide the full water bottle into the compartment.

So far it works great. Only had it for 4 days. will keep the box just incase. Last water cooler I ordered a different brand (Frigidaire) and it stopped cooling the water in less than one month.
