Great product! On-time delivery, packaging no damage,excellent packaging box within box, well-protected, stabilized plastic rod/stick for water bottle (very important), all exterior metal, water drip tray snaps-in, great self-cleaning feature, water flow is perfect, noise level is better than competitors, no leaks, hot, cold and room temperatures are excellent,the drain plug has a nice cover over the plug,buttons on top of unit very easy to push, light indicators very nice,water fill area height (9") is great,span-in into the water bottle perfect,overall, this is an excellent unit. Highly recommend the product. Only, one minor thing shipping via postal office is very difficult for postman due to heavy weight and plus vehicle not ideal for shipping large tall package. Luckily, I was able to assist the postman. Otherwise, overall a wonderful experience!!! Definitely Avalon deserves 5 stars.

So far is great! Can shut off hot/cold if you want. Looks great without bottle visible.
