After 1 week, working as it should. Cold water cold, hot water hot, no lifting bottles, very little noise.

Take a picture of the serial number before you place the cooler into its spot

The product is easy to set up and I like it that you do not have to lift bottle of water the bottle just slides in the bottom

It was easy to set up and love the cold water option. Only thing that would be nice is to have one dispenser spout instead of 3.

After considerable research, I decided on the A3BLOZONEWTRCLR, ozone self-cleaning model. The unit came packaged very nicely complete with detailed documentation. The unit is well built with excellent fit & finish, is very "professional" looking and exceeded my overall expectations.

First impressions are overall positive. I am replacing one that had a pullout tray on rollers for the bottle to sit on which made it much easier to replace the bottle. I feel like that should be a standard feature on bottom loading coolers.
