Love it, but it will not dispense water

Good morning,
My Avalon water tank has stopped dispensing water and I’ve tried powering it off and turning back on but it’s still not working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine distributrice d’eau chaude et froide

Achète depuis quelques jours, eau très froide et eau chaude assez chaude pour faire un café.
Cependant, aucun bouton pour le nettoyage à l’ozone tel que mentionné sur Amazon. Le livret d’instruction semble dire que le l’autonettoyant est avec UV.
Pas trop bruyant, je l’aime bien pour l’instant
