Ordered a water cooler that turned out to have a faulty heater - meaning that it headed the water, but boy was it loud with popping and sizzling noises! Called up Avalon and spoke with Michaela. What a wonderful person to work with! She sounded genuinely concerned about the issue and sent out a new water cooler replacement. Michaela also kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and even followed up after we used the new unit for a while! Such customer service provided by Avalon and its staff! Thank you!

We have now had our Avalon water cooler for a couple of months and are very satisfied with it. We use it on a daily base. Absolutely no complaints with it. We had an issue with the front panel being damaged when we received it and working with Shane we had a quick and satisfying resolution to the issue. The service was very good and we would certainly recommend the Avalon cooler to our friends. Thank you again for your quick attention to this matter.

We use this product every day for drinking water and the occasional cup of tee. We even use this water for our cat! Recently the dispenser stopped working. We contacted customer service and Jill R was able to diagnose the problem and the unit is fixed. Customer service was prompt and correct and Jill R was very helpful by sending pictures of the valves that needed to be tightened so we could get it right.
I would recommend this to a friend!
