We just received our water cooler and the design is very sleek, it is not the typical eye sore that other competitors put out. Unlike other reviews, we do not find the buttons to be difficult to press and we appreciate the thoughtful safety button in place for the hot water dispenser since we have two small children. So far we are extremely pleased with the product.

I dont like that the spouts do not have an inserted time like our old one. It was easier to fill water bottles with that feature on the spouts. Other than that I am very satisfied
