A little noisy when you fill your glass because the pump is pumping the water to the tank.

I love the clean design, and the packaging was well thought for an easy setup. The only thing bothers me so far is the noise when it dispensed water. I wish it is quieter. Other than that, I am very happy with this cooler.

Easy to setup. Water tastes great. I was really impressed with the product manual. That may sound silly, but I returned a water cooler from a different company because their product manual gave very little information. A light kept blinking and I had no idea why and the manual did not explain it. I have not had this cooler very long, but it is easy to tell that it is well made by professionals.

This is the 3rd water cooler Ive owned, the previous two were Primo brand. I purchased the Avalon brand after reading all of the great reviews and am very pleased with it.
