Product received was as described and we love the 3 water temperature selection as well as the self-cleaning option (which we have not used yet). As we have only had this product in our home for 3 weeks, so far it is a great water dispenser and we are very happy with it.

So far like it very much. The probe, however, is very difficult to adjust and cleaning it every 6 mos. for maximum life span seems time consuming. We will do that for sure though.

I have only had this for three days now but I like the features hot, cool, cold water. easy to put my 3 gallon bottles in and take out of the unit. I like that is self cleaning with the push of a button, also it’s very nice looking. I ordered this Friday evening September 11, 2020 and received it the next Tuesday afternoon September 15, 2020

Great fit for our apartment. We got so tired of having to constantly use a filter for water and refill after just a few cups. Having cold, cool, and hot water on the fly is the best thing since sliced bread.
