The installation instructions could be a lot clearer than they are. I struggled to attach a three gallon bottle instead of the five gallon one and suggest making the mechanism to change that more user friendly

this is my second one of these. i like them very much. only issue is (besides pump breaking on earlier model 2-1/2 years old) is there is a high-pitched noise coming from the cooler. i believe it is the cooling mechanism. sure would like to know how to quiet that.
