Cools very quickly. The hot water option is great for hot teas. Great black stainless steel finish. Very happy so far.

Dispenser was easy to set-up and get running. Compressor is very quite. Hot water is hot and the cold is cold.

The cooling unit on the original cooler that I purchased stopped working after just about 1 year. I called Avalon support and they sent me a no charge replacement. I am happy ,so far, with the customer service.
