This is the most awesome water dispenser ever!! I absolutely love it. I previously had an older Avalon water dispenser, a counter-top type one, and I loved that one. But this one is even better with the bottom load, self-clean, 3 temp settings, and it is beautiful.

I just received this cooler a week ago, and I can tell that I will love it!. The water is COLD like it says. The buttons on top are a good idea. Keep little fingers away. The hot water switch on the back is easy to access. Good looking cooler. So far, very good.
