Very happy with our cooler/dispenser so far. Loading the 5gal bottle was very simple. The cold is really cold and crisp, and dispensing is easy/no spills. We have not try the ozone-clean feature yet, but we hope that it works well too. Looks great in our kitchen because the stainless and black matches everything else....
