I have had this for two days. Set up with water bottles the next day. So far it seems good. Easy to load the water and easy to use. It is fairly small so far I am pleased

I am giving it 3 stars because -- When we plugged in the unit to use the "Cold" setting the condenser is so loud we can not sit in the room and have a conversation next to the unit. However, Cool and Hot work just fine and the water tastes pure.
