Arrived on time. Easy set up and instructions. No plastic taste, as some had stated. The cold water is just right, have not used the hot water but will use this winter. I would highly recommend this water cooler. The unit is very quiet.

The water cooler arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The setup was easy and the product worked as described in the clear and concise instructions. After using the cooler for one week I am very happy with my purchase. I have small grandchildren so I particularly like the hot water safety feature. The children cannot dispense hot water but it is simple for others to operate with one hand. I have not used the self cleaning function as yet.

So far so good it is really important to fully read the instructions to understand the set up which was very simple and for the proper operation of this unit. As this is the first bottom front load type unit I have owned the first thing I notice is there is no unsightly 5 gallon bottle to look at and you dont have to heave up it in place to do a replacement. Even has a front night light that you can turn off and on!
