great look, easy to use! it takes about an hour to make water cold and about 15 min to make hot water; otherwise, a great product thus far!

Set it up and it delivers cold/hot water better then our Primo dispenser did. I took out one star due to the dispenser I received had a dent on the side. Returning can be a pain but other then that it works perfectly!
