So far/ so good GREAT PRODUCT and Experience!! Angel in your Customer Service is AWESOME!!! Product Packaging is Excellent especially the slip off box. One Suggestion the front of the unit has some scuffs (by the dispensing heads) from some of the packaging rubbing on it. Not terrible but suggest you add some removable film at the factory.

The product arrived with a dent. Cool and cold water are inverted compared to the buttons. There is not that much difference between the temperature of cool and cold water. I was hopping that the middle option would be simple room temperature water.
