When our cooler stopped cooling after less than 2 months, she had another (even upgraded!) on the way in just a few days, kept following up the entire time, and made the whole process painless. If you are thinking about buying a water cooler. This is the one. Yes it is a bit on the pricey side but you are paying for quality. Plus the customer service is great!
