J'apprécie beaucoup le refroidisseur d'eau . Et j'ai grandement apprécié le service à la clientèle, particulièrement René M avec qui j'ai eu quelques échanges de email . Il a très bien régler mon problème avec courtoisie et respect .

Self cleaning is an awesome feature

Love this unit, has been a live saver for my family and I. We live in the desert where our summers are very hot. Walking into our home and having the convenience of pouring a fresh cold glass of water is a blessing. Thank you for adding in the self cleaning option that is awesome feature. One of my main reason for investing in the particular water machine.

Happy with the temperatures of the water

Machine is louder than I expected and there is water left in the bottom of the bottle when it needs to be changed but overall, we are satisfied with the water cooler. We are happy with the temperatures of the water hot, cool and cold and it is very easy to change the bottle.

So far so good. Set up was easy and the unit is not loud as others have said in previous reviews. Only noise I notice is when self-cleaning and compressor or pump is on
