Overall very pleased with the water cooler. It looks nice I like the functionality of the cool water button for times you dont need cold water. I do feel that it runs a little loud when its cooling down the water. It is louder than previous coolers Ive had but it may be up to the individual to decide if it works in their living space or not.

First time setup takes a while to heat up water/cool it down but otherwise a really nice cooler. Only thing I would like is markings where the spouts are so you know where to put your cup.
