Like the the water dispenser and everything is working fine. Disappointed to find two small dent on front cabinet door when we remove it from the box.

We had a minor problem, but Avalon has been very helpful in getting it resolved. I would highly recommend this model if you need hot, cool and cold water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would of liked the light switch on the front of the machine. water comes out cold and hot.

Love the dispenser but, horrible to clean

I love having dispenser but, went to drain and clean it today and it's horrible. The lid you need to take off is impossible and the separator, I don't even know what it is. Now the machine is making so much noise after I tried to reassemble. I'll be sticking to self clean from now on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product seems to work fine out of the box had an initial question regarding flow of cool water but flow appears to be stronger now

Cold temp is perfect. Hot temperature is just warm - not hot enough for coffee or tea..

Love the look, convenience and features, but initial impression is way too loud when compressor activated. Much louder than our former unit (GE) which we had for 10 years. May end up moving it to quieter location
