we installed this product today, so I cannot speak to the longevity. However, it is currently working as advertised. the hot water is hot enough to make tea, and the cold water is so cold that some of the employees are filling their glasses with half cold

Overall very pleased with the water cooler. It looks nice I like the functionality of the cool water button for times you dont need cold water. I do feel that it runs a little loud when its cooling down the water. It is louder than previous coolers Ive had but it may be up to the individual to decide if it works in their living space or not.
