Great Product, Amazing Customer Service

We have the self cleaning, bottom load water cooler and had a few issues with the first one received, after speaking with customer service they sent out parts and when that didn't work did send a replacement which works great. I can't say enough about their customer service, the best we've ever dealt with. Thank you Michaela H. :)

Ordered a water cooler that turned out to have a faulty heater - meaning that it headed the water, but boy was it loud with popping and sizzling noises! Called up Avalon and spoke with Michaela. What a wonderful person to work with! She sounded genuinely concerned about the issue and sent out a new water cooler replacement. Michaela also kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and even followed up after we used the new unit for a while! Such customer service provided by Avalon and its staff! Thank you!

Very nice construction, excellent user manual, and really like the self-cleaning feature and the night light. The product was easy to set up and because I liked the first one so much we bought a second one for our mother-in-law.
