Kids cant reach buttons

Product is simple to use Quiet wile poring water Cold water is loud so we keep it off. Buttons are high so kids cant reach them.

I just received this product. Set up was easy and the water pump is quieter than our old cooler. It looks great and is smaller than our old cooler.

Quick, Responsive, and Spot On!

I had a problem with the adjustable collar so that my mom can switch between 5 and 3 gallon bottles. I emailed support and within minutes Tiffany responded. She promptly sent me a video link that that would help me resolve the problem for my mother. Her help was spot on and problem resolved!!! Thank you Tiffany!!
