It works well. My only complaint is the clean process not clearly described and hard to follow. The drainage hole for clean is not easy to hold water which might be messy during cleaning time.

So far so good. I would prefer the hot temp higher (make better tea) but for most people it is hot enough. The cooler can be a bit noisy when heat or cold. Overall we are happy with us thus far.
