Stopped working

For two months the product was very good. However the cooler has now stopped pumping water to the Cold line and will no longer pour water out of the Cold spout.

So far so good, only had the unit 2 days, unit is quite and water is definately cold and hot... compared to my previous unit, would recommend!

We go through a 5 gallon every other day. We've been using it for about 9 months. Had an issue, contacted support through email and they respond within 15 minutes (10 minutes past office hours), and walked me through a super easy quick adjustment that fixed the issue. Tubing that had wiggled loose. Working perfect again! No stress, and works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!
