Love the product!!! Best water ever!! We did our due diligence with the yearly cleaning process...not an easy feat and unfortunately water tasted citrus-like after we finished. Called the 800# and Daniel R helped us!! Evidentially we needed to rinse the cooler a few more times and run it through the faucets. Daniel really helped us through the process. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional.It truly is refreshing to be able to speak with a person that cares about his product and customers. Thanks Daniel!!!
