I Love this cooler! Just the right Size for a small family. Hot is so hot and cold is cold! Easy load of heavy 5 gal jug and easy attachment! Attractive and compact and very modern!

We purchased a few wks ago and I'm so glad we did. The packaging was excellent - no damage whatsoever. Cold water is very cold and hot water is steaming --as it should be. Works very well so far.

Just received the unit today. Noted that the front panel was not completely latched on together . I had to put a tape to attach it to the base . If not, it won’t turn on. It was a simple fix rather than the inconvenience of sending it back and waiting for replacement. Just wanted this documented just in case it creates more problems.
