Seems like a good product so far except for the drip tray, poor design that does not snap in and falls off when you open the door to replace the bottle

We have had it a week, and it is so easy to add the bottle of water to it. Also, your customer service people were very helpful over the phone, and explained exactly how to do the pre-rinse and walked us through the process.
