We just opened it today and it was a simple set up. It looks nice and is simple to operate. I like the night light. Much easier to load the bottle in the bottom rather than turning the bottle upside down on a crock.

My family and I have had this product for almost a week now and are completely in love with it. Super easy set up and very quiet even when cooling the water. It is a little short for a 5'10+ family, but we just ordered the 10" base and super excited for it to be even taller. 100% would recommend this product to all looking for a bottom loading water dispenser.
