Great product. But do not use Avalon's cleaning kit. The citric acid will change forever the taste of water. I had to replace my previous Avalon water cooler for this reason.

This bottom fill cooler was purchased as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, well in advance of the holiday and I hid it in her house. What a surprise! It was setup, easy to do, and we have been enjoying the clean cool water ever since. Such an easy cooler to use and it is a very good looking appliance! Luv it!!!
