We did a curbside pickup after ordering from Avalon. It was packaged in an undamaged box & packaging. When we opened it & took it out we noticed that it had a dent in it and another area that looked like something was going to come through the stainless steel, we called the Customer Service number & spoke with Kyle W..he was very patient & efficient, he sent emails with instructions about what Avalon needed, we followed the directions, & kept in contact with him. exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE was provided by him! he should train others!

I love the clean design, and the packaging was well thought for an easy setup. The only thing bothers me so far is the noise when it dispensed water. I wish it is quieter. Other than that, I am very happy with this cooler.

We like this water cooler, just hope it last longer than the first one. The cold water part stopped working on our first water cooler after a year and a half. I had purchased the warranty with it, so got the NEW cooler with it.
