We purchased a few wks ago and I'm so glad we did. The packaging was excellent - no damage whatsoever. Cold water is very cold and hot water is steaming --as it should be. Works very well so far.

Just received the unit today. Noted that the front panel was not completely latched on together . I had to put a tape to attach it to the base . If not, it won’t turn on. It was a simple fix rather than the inconvenience of sending it back and waiting for replacement. Just wanted this documented just in case it creates more problems.

Great deal for the money, but flow could improve.

This machine is SO convenient. Super hot water for tea, french press, or cleaning. Cool or Cold water options as well.
I would prefer the Cool option be room temp, but the simple fix is just add a splash of hot water.
The only issue I have had is that the stream wasn't as fast as I'd like (I have big water bottles and they take a while to fill) and in the Cool and Cold (most used) have both reduced to almost a dribble.
