So far so good cant say anything yet about the products operation as I just open the box and set it up time will tell for me to give a fair review. However if first impression is lasting it came looking pretty good out of the box no damage to unit in shipping. I will see how it works. Chris

We did a curbside pickup after ordering from Avalon. It was packaged in an undamaged box & packaging. When we opened it & took it out we noticed that it had a dent in it and another area that looked like something was going to come through the stainless steel, we called the Customer Service number & spoke with Kyle W..he was very patient & efficient, he sent emails with instructions about what Avalon needed, we followed the directions, & kept in contact with him. exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE was provided by him! he should train others!
