I texted into the Avalon Company website for a few questions on a type of unit we needed for our house. Tiffany answered our text and ended up spending a lot of time answering our questions about each unit we looked at assisting us on coming to a decision for a water cooler that served our needs. She probably spent more time on us than was normal for inquiring customers but was very patient and accommodating to our needs until we were fully satisfied with our decision. I applaud that type of customer service as it is rare these days. Obviously, customer service is one of Avalon's higher priorities and Tiffany represents her company exceptionally well to that fact.
I would recommend this to a friend!
