I received my brand new avalon water dispenser today when i opened the box theres a dent at the front of the water dispenser. Its very noticeable cause its dented on the stainless part. Other than that the water dispenser is working the way it should be. I just hope that it will not give me any problem in the future cause i dont know if it was dropped during delivery.

at first, I thought that I could save at least a little bit of money (besides the environmental aspect). But buying a 5-gallon bottle does cost even more than buying a case of (40x0.5ltr) at a wholesale store. Not quite as happy as I expected to be.
