very convenient especially not having to load 5 gallon jugs on top! Plus having the ability to enjoy hot water for teas as well as room temperature water, of course the cold water is amazing! The unit itself is not as loud as some reviewers have said. Overall its an awesome water dispenser.

I received my brand new avalon water dispenser today when i opened the box theres a dent at the front of the water dispenser. Its very noticeable cause its dented on the stainless part. Other than that the water dispenser is working the way it should be. I just hope that it will not give me any problem in the future cause i dont know if it was dropped during delivery.
