Water is nicely cooled, set-up was pretty easy. I had trouble initially changing the collar and probe to fit a 3-gallon bottle; I called the customer service number, got Sean who helped me very quickly and professionally to make the change. Thank you!

A beautiful water dispenser, easy to install. The cleaning instructions for the water cooler look easy, but are very difficult to perform without professional tools. The team loves it, thank you.

I love the nightlight hot water child safety feature cool and cold features not crazy about cleaning it myself havent tried ozone cleaning love the fact that i dont have to boil water on the stove
