I think the motor or pump is located in the way, so every time I change the bottle, I need to be careful not to hit it with the bottle.

I got the unit and when I pulled it out of the box the black Stainless Panel on the front of the water cooler was dented in. Th box was not damaged, so I do not know how this could have happened

Very easy to set up; simple to change out water bottles since it is bottom-fill; very quiet when the system runs to cool the water or to fill up a glass of water; best purchase made.
