I have only had this for three days now but I like the features hot, cool, cold water. easy to put my 3 gallon bottles in and take out of the unit. I like that is self cleaning with the push of a button, also it’s very nice looking. I ordered this Friday evening September 11, 2020 and received it the next Tuesday afternoon September 15, 2020
