Works great so far. One weird observation - it looks like the cold and cool dispense buttons should be lit up (what with the pretty blue rectangular "glass" in the buttons) maybe when nightlight is switched on, but I guess not.

Had some issues like leaking hot sprout (had to replace 2x in 3 years so far). Also, some issues the the water not sucking up. Despite these apparent flaws of the machine, customer support very responsive and mostly helpful. I'm thinking the newer model probably better than this older model but not sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Owned less than 30 days setup was very easy and I am pleased so far. The self cleaning process is a little loud. The real test is time to see how long this product lasts. No home cooler seems to last long this is why I spent more money for this model hopefully it delivers in the long run.
