I like how quiet the cooler is. It looks good and works great. I which there was enough clearance for a 40z water bottle to sit on while I fill it

Loving the system. Only thing I've noticed is that when it's re-filling the water tanks it makes a loud sound. I was just wondering if that's normal.

When I just unboxed the water cooler the door is detached, the front of the water cooler is cracked, the plastic tab on the left side of the panel is out of place and the tab on the right side is broken off. Not very happy with this purchase at all and Un fortunately out of my return window now.

I am so far pleased with the water cooler and your customer service as they were quick to diagnose a faulty float valve due damaged wiring. The new part was sent timely and I was provided with the information on how to replace the part. So as of today so far so good.
