I was thrilled to have it set up and ready, but I was surprised to find that the dispenser isn't cooling at all and is broken very disappointing, and it also have damage on the side

An improvement over my last Avalon cooler. Quiet and dispenses all temps well. Last one still going after 3 years. We'll see.

Hopefully Third Time Will Be The Charm

Have owned three Avalon dispensers . When they work they are great. Key word is when. Seems to break down as soon as warranty ends . Friends have a competitor for years and Avalons breaks after warranty which is a lousy year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
