Remove the cap of the interior tank is really tricky, interior cleaning should be easier

This is a replacement for a different model. The first one we purchased dripped constantly. We love the machine, just need it to work correctly. Hoping this one will work like it should.

Funtion as intended

My initial observation is that it appears that it will function as intended. That being said, what I have noticed is that the pump/motor is always running either heating up or chilling up the water in the system.
