So far we like the unit, but the refrigerator motor is quite loud and can be disruptive. The plastic taste is improved after a few days, but still there.

Really like the bottom load

Replaced our old top loading GE Profile water cooler because the hot water no longer worked. We really like our new Avalon water cooler because of the bottom loading feature and the self-cleaning on the unit. Hot water works great!

Happy with replacement unit

First one I got was defective. Since I like the model it was replaced with a brand new one of same model covered by warranty since the defective one was still covered by warranty. The agent who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. One other agent tried to troubleshoot it with me guiding me but it can be fixed since the part itself was defective. I'm happy with the outcome.

Ice cold water!

works wonderfully so far. water comes out ice cold! feedback: ozone cleaning cycle is quite loud and the machine did not let me know the bottle was empty. it just kept trying to siphon an empty bottle
