Had to return the first one I ordered as the top was damaged and cooler made a loud noise when running. The second one I got arrived in good condition and no loud noise. I am pleased that I have a choice between cold and cool water. The unit looks very nice.

Water cooler has a nice design and is quiet to use. Love that it includes both hot and cold taps. Only slight drawback is it is a bit difficult to put bottle in the bottom and there is water overflow when attaching it. Otherwise, very satisfied and would recommend.
