So far the unit works good, is easy to change the bottle, water is cold, and the hot water is very hot. Very happy with it so far.

I don't know how I've lived so long without owning one of these! This solves my solution for drinking cleaner water without having all of the single use plastic to worry about as the water jugs are reusable. The unit also looks great in my home and the added feature of hot water on demand is a real bonus. It runs very quiet and is simple to use. Shout out to René in customer service who swiftly assisted me with a replacement door as mine was damaged during shipping. Everything is working great! Thank you for outstanding customer service!!
