Damaged Cooler

We did a curbside pickup after ordering from Avalon. It was packaged in an undamaged box & packaging. When we opened it & took it out we noticed that it had a dent in it and another area that looked like something was going to come through the stainless steel, we called the Customer Service number & spoke with Kyle W..he was very patient & efficient, he sent emails with instructions about what Avalon needed, we followed the directions, & kept in contact with him. exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE was provided by him! he should train others!

So far so good after about a week. It is about as noisy as the fridge when the compressor turns on but other than that it works as described.
