Too short! The location of the spouts is too low in height, requiring an awkward bending position to dispense. The dispense area itself (and drip tray) is too short and narrow in depth to accommodate many cups, requiring the need to hold the receiving container yet not allowing visibility of fullness, causing frequent overflows. The cold and hot taps dispense at a good flow rate but the "cool" water dispenser barely trickles out. Initially the unit was very quiet but within a couple days the motor started a high pitched squeal when in cooling mode.

Best decision we made for our water needs! Compact sleek design, easy to set up and convenient. Nice that we no longer have to boil water and can now get better quality water for drinking from our local water store.
