I've only had it a few days but it seems to be very well made. Nice looking unit. Keeps the water hot and very cold. It runs very quiet and is very easy to use. We are very satisfied so far and hope that we have it a long time.

Cooler is fine

Cooler is fine so far but setup required a call to support, removing the back panel and the lid off the water cooler to "release pressure" so it would work.
