Arrived dented

Product was dented in front when received. Saw other comments about this, and was hoping it wouldn't happen to us. Too much of a hassle for us to repack and return. The cooler itself works fine, but employees note the obvious dent and eyesore of what is a brand new water cooler.

Love the bottom load

I love the bottom load cooler, it is very easy to load the bottle. I enjoy having three water temperature to choose from and the self-cleaning is great. Thank you for a great product

We love it so far

We love it so far. We are first time water cooler owners, and in a city like Phoenix where the tap water isnt drinkable, this water cooler has made having chilled drinking water much easier for us.
