So far we are very pleased with our new bottom loading Avalon water cooler. It was easy to get the cooler set up and to place the bottle in the cooler. We use the cold water and have the hot water switched off on the back of the cooler. We like that little feature.

looks nice seems very convoluted to clean the water tank with all the wires surrounded. It would be nice if more detailed instructions were given

We really love having this at the house. It saves so much money and recycling from all the bottles of water from the store. This dispenser was easy unbox and setup. The hot water does get really hot but we are currently not using that feature and just leaving the cooling option on. I'm really pleased with this purchase so far.

Love it. Compact, clean looking - works well. Only leaves a tiny amount of water in jug when empty. Much easier to reload bottle than top loading models.
