The first one we received was broken straight out of the box. The website will not let us register the unit. Customer service has been excellent. The new unit seems to be working well so far it does make a rattling noise when dispensing water but thats ok as thats brief as opposed to the first one that sounded like a fan blade hitting a housing the entire time it was on.

Cold water fast

Worked very well. Water was cold in a few minutes. Only thing was that we had a 3 gallon bottle and the instructions were a bit confusing on how to adjust the top to fit on to the bottle.
