My old one was a top loading water dispenser, and it was not easy to use for me. I am very happy with this new Avalon bottom loading water dispenser. It is very stylish!

Great for making tea

*note* followed the cleaning instructions prior to 1st use. Water taste the same as coming directly from the bottle and the cold is approximately the same as what comes out of the fridge. Hot water is really hot and has worked great for making tea
