The cooler works great so far. I only had one complaint. The top panel where the word avalon is was dented in a couple of places. I know this was probably UPS fault so thats why I am still giving 5 stars. I called customer service and they are amazing. The rep. said he would send me out a new panel within a few days, and sent me an email with directions and pictures and how to replace the top panel. I think it will be a pretty quick operation. I am super impressed with there customer service.
