Seems like a great product. We are currently experiencing a plastic taste, but are currently working with support to resolve. It may simply resolve with time.

It is so sleek. I love that the bottle is hidden underneath. It keeps the water cold and the bottle is very easy to change.

Night light

The night light is nice but not useful for cold or hot water or for cool if the container is not clear. A light for the top (where the water is dispensed) might be more useful
