Had one issue, but like the unit.

Original unit had a float valve defect and pumped the contents of the 5 gallon bottle onto my floor after about 2 weeks of use (I was not home at the time). Company replaced unit, and new is working great. Original unit also worked great except for the above stated issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!
