relatively easy to install. Pump tube reaches the bottom of the 5 Gallon jug. Will have to see how well it works once I get to use it.

Easy to push buttoms for senior citizen

I really like this cooler so far. the hot water is HOT and the cold is REALLY COLD! Easy to push the bottle in. I am a 67 year young disabled senior citizen.
