I found is that the filters are not that easy to install.

The initial cleaning/flushing thats recommended in the booklet was such a hassel. The top lid was not easy to remove the water wouldnt drain properly. We had to call the support number to figure out why the system wasnt draining all the water.

So far so good with the setup. It is a beautiful unit the black and chrome looks beautiful next to our black and chrome mini fridge and our den. So far I'm just trying to see how I was going to work for us but I've been trying to make this purchase for years and the reviews help me. I like that is nice and quiet is not loud and the setup was absolutely easy it comes really all set up.
